Bringing Flowers to Mummy

The sweet kids in this family are always picking flowers for their incredible mother, something we wanted to preserve as a core memory for them all.

Glorious

The parents of this lovely girl envisioned each of their girls with a particular flower, her sisters flowers are wattle and magnolia and we had to wait for what felt like a lifetime in between for the sunflowers to bloom.

Blessings

This family has their own garden and regularly grow their own fruit and vegetables. The eldest girl is learning to read, they all eat super healthy another reason to incorporate all the fresh fruit. The red pot is personal to me - This family made a pot of pasta for my family when I was really sick, it was like the vessel of oil in the bible that never ran dry. This pot fed my family of 5 kids for at least 4 meals. It was an incredible blessing. The styling and backdrop here was designed to enhance and showcase their beautiful hair.

Family

This sweet girl is the grand daughter of an aboriginal artist. The wattle specifically is important to their family. The Grandfather painted this turtle shell for her because turtles are important to their family. To add to this, I crocheted a turtle for her also.

Overcomer

This young girl recently had a motorbike accident with a barbed wire fence. Following surgery she wanted to capture a special photo to symbolise she will overcome the fear and get back on the motorbike.

Brave

The styling of this photo was specifically chosen to be able to see the injury. This injury happened from a motorbike and a barbed wire fence. It was deep, to the ribs, missing her neck, the nerve cluster in her shoulder and narrowly missing the breast.

Fred Loves his Food

The mother of this sweet happy boy said he LOVES his food! In Particular he loves spaghetti and he loves blue berries.

Rockinghorse

This little boy is horse obsessed, they brought along their rocking horse from home. He is at the age where marbles and blocks are the best toys in the world and a teddybear is the best thing to cuddle.

First Moments

This sweet boy got a kitten, their first family pet, apart from some chickens. The kitten was a little timid and the little boy was cautious and oh so excited

Holiday Book Club

These children took photos for each of the activities they did each day of their holidays. the eldest here is a complete book worm, the little boy has been learning to read and the youngest has just been learning to read as well, but whether they are the ones reading of the ones being read too, they love books.

I'll lift you up

This mum has always lifted up her daughter, her daughter however is slowly getting too big to be lifted this way and mum wanted to commemorate one of the last few times she will be able to do this.

Mothers Traditions

This mum had many family traditions as a child, stringing popcorn to hang around the house and on the Christmas tree, she loved Christmas so much and Christmas was always such a big event in their house she wanted all the Christmas decorations and to share them with her sweet little boy.

Sleeping under the Christmas Tree

We all know the feeling, counting down the sleeps until Christmas. Then on Christmas eve we want to do one of two things, stay awake to catch a glimpse of the magic or we want to go to sleep because the quicker we sleep the quicker Christmas comes.
